T1Crew was born from our own family’s story. When our daughter Maddison was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at just 10 years old, our daily lives changed overnight. From counting carbs at packed lunches to  managing devices, blood sugars, and injections, we quickly learned how overwhelming Type 1 can feel, not just for the person living with it, but for the whole family. As a father and daughter team, we faced those challenges together, discovering first-hand the tools, routines, and support that truly make a difference.

Now, we’re turning that lived experience into something bigger. At T1 Crew, we design and build the very apps and tools we use ourselves — created with care for children, parents, and adults living with Type 1 diabetes. Every idea starts with a real challenge we’ve faced, and every feature is shaped by the hope of making daily life just a little easier for families like ours. Our mission is simple: to use our journey not just for our own good, but to help other families feel supported, empowered, and never alone in life with Type 1.
